Yggdrasil Obtains Isle of Man B2B Software Licence

Yggdrasil Gaming, a Malta-based software developer, acquires a B2B software licence by the Isle of Man Supervision Commission. It is the eighth certification granted to the reputable provider which should secure its long-term presence in the regulated markets.

Committed to Fulfilling Licensing Requirements

Innovative online gaming solutions provider Yggdrasil Gaming has been granted another B2B software licence. This time, it is issued by the Isle of Man Supervision Commission. It is the eighth software licence Yggdrasil obtains for a major gaming jurisdiction. Other regulated markets the developer has acquired the certifications for include the UK, Malta, Gibraltar and Romania.

Meeting the requirements and objectives of licensing jurisdictions is one of the Yggdrasil’s top priorities. They claim that they always strive to spearhead industry best practices.

“We’re delighted to add the Isle of Man to this prestigious regulatory roster, our eighth B2B license,” commented Yggdrasil’s CEO Fredrik Elmqvist adding that he was sure more would follow in the following years.

Players Protection and Games Integrity

According to the press release published on the Yggdrasil official website, the company has implemented different policies and procedures since being established in 2013. They are designed to ensure that players are treated fairly while their rights are always protected. To fulfil its licensing jurisdictions technical requirements, Yggdrasil has also implemented measures that ensure the integrity of games and gaming devices. The developer also makes sure its Information Security Management System (ISMS) is audited externally on an annual basis.

Elmqvist said that ever since they had begun the business, they had been regulated and highly compliant in every significant gaming market.

“We take great pride in adhering to regulatory best practice and place great emphasis on compliance and responsible gaming across all our products,” adds he.
