Playtech, cooperating with one of its subsidiary studios Quickspin, recently launched a new live slot machine title.
Dubbed Big Bad Wolf Live, the new live casino game combines classic slot machines with a game show-like bonus round set in a custom-built live dealer studio.
Quickspin was acquired by Playtech in 2016, which means Playtech gained unique access to all of the newly-acquired studio’s brands and franchises. Playtech, for its part, has made several live casino games that place online slot machines in a live dealer setting. A few previous examples include 2023’s Everybody’s Jackpot and Age of the Gods Live slots.
Earlier this year, the two companies announced an intention to bring Quickspin slots into the live slot fold as well. Big Bad Wolf is the result of this project.
Big Bad Wolf generally works like a regular online slot machine. However, players who trigger the unique bonus round are taken to a live stream of a money-wheel-powered minigame.
On top of a unique concept and gameplay, the game boasts an RTP rate of 95.05%. It’s divided into three distinct parts – the slot machine, the bonus round, and a top-op round wedged in between the two.
The bonus round is arguably the most interesting part of the game. Not only is it unlike other live slots titles out there, but it also allows you to stack up massive multipliers.
Big Bad Wolf Live is already live and available to play, so stay tuned for a full Casino Bloke review.
