Before you can get started, you have to place down your bets. Choose one of the coins you see in front of you, and place it on the main bet and two side bets. You can undo bets if you need to, but make it quick! NetEnt give you ten seconds to place wagers before the round begins. This is great news for experienced players, but new ones may find the timer a bit too quick.

After wagers are placed, the round begins proper. The dealer draws two cards for the player and one for themselves. At this point, you will be asked to hit, stand, double or split. Each option has a percentage next to it, telling you what other players are choosing to play. If you are even uncertain, you can always default to what others are playing. You can double down with any combination of cards. Splits can only be done when you have a pair.

With your choice made, the dealer will draw his final card. At this point, the game checks who is closer to twenty-one. If you get exactly that number, that is a blackjack win, which pays more than standard. Otherwise, the number closest to twenty-one without going over wins the round. Going over results in a bust, which always results in a loss. In the unlikely case of a tie, the player receives their money back.
